FAQs & contact

Is the price on the page the price I pay?

Yes. Every price shown on this site is the amount charged for that item. At checkout you additionally see a shipping line — a flat $9.95 standard shipping charge per order. The order summary shows the full amount before you submit, and that is what your card is charged. We do not add a separate sales-tax line at checkout; if that changes, the tax will appear in the summary before you pay.

Will I be enrolled in a subscription?

Not unless you choose it. Every package, gear set, capsule bottle and guide on this site is a one-time purchase. The one exception is the ($0.00 every 30 days), which is offered after you choose a package and is added only when you tick its confirmation box. It is never pre-selected, it is listed separately at checkout and on your receipt, and you can cancel it any time before the next billing date by emailing [email protected] or calling (833) 201-4756. See Section 19 of the Terms.

What is the difference between the three packages?

The Core Performance Essential Package is an ab roller wheel with a bottle of Daily MultiVitamin. The Daily Performance Value Package adds an adjustable ankle weight set and a grip trainer set, with a bottle of Vitamin K2 + D3. The Training Motion Complete Package is the ab roller and ankle weights with a mini step platform and an agility ring set, plus bottles of Omega-3 Fish Oil and Turmeric Curcumin. Every bottle is 30 capsules. See each package's page for the full contents.

What are the offers after I choose a package?

After you pick a package we show you two optional offers. The first is a Conditioning Gear set in three sizes — a one-time purchase, never pre-selected, skipped with one click or removed at checkout. The second is the Monthly Wellness Refill, the only recurring offer on the site: six 30-capsule bottles every 30 days, added only when you tick its confirmation box. Every item is listed in the order summary before you pay, with the renewal shown separately from today's total.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

If the order has not shipped, yes. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Once a parcel is with the carrier it has to be handled as a return instead, within 30 days of delivery and subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at present. We ship to United States addresses only, and checkout accepts United States addresses only. If you are outside the United States, please do not place an order — we are unable to fulfil it.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, charged once however many items you order. An optional VIP Delivery Package ($0.00) is offered at checkout; it moves your parcel to the front of the packing queue and onto a faster tracked service, and does not replace standard shipping. Orders generally ship within 3–5 business days after payment. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.

Do the packages ship as one parcel?

Yes, wherever the contents allow it. Each package is packed together in one box under one tracking number, and every item inside keeps its own full retail packaging.

How are the digital guides delivered?

The three athletic guides are PDF downloads. The download link is emailed with your order confirmation; nothing is shipped, and a guide on its own carries no shipping charge.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel, once your order ships, generally within 3–5 business days.

What is the returns policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to contact Customer Service and request a return. Email [email protected] or call (833) 201-4756 first: we generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and send you return instructions, and no product should be sent back before you have one. Returned products must be received by us before a refund is issued, and must not have been intentionally damaged, altered, substituted or misused. A refund will not automatically be denied solely because a product has been opened or used. The full terms are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Can I return something I have opened or used?

Yes. A refund will not automatically be denied solely because a product has been opened or used. Request an RMA within 30 days of delivery and follow the return instructions we send you.

We may inspect returned products before processing a refund, and we reserve the right to deny or limit a refund where there is evidence of intentional damage, alteration of the product, return of a different product, fraud, abuse of the refund policy, unauthorized resale activity or other misuse of the return process. See Section 3 of the Return and Refund Policy.

If an item reaches you damaged, defective, incomplete or simply wrong, none of the above applies — contact us and we will put it right with a replacement, reshipment or refund at no cost to you.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do, unless the return is down to our error, a defective product or an incorrect item, in which case we cover it. Original shipping charges are not refunded once the delivery has been made. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot refund a return that does not reach us.

Can I return a whole package?

Yes, within the same 30-day window and the same condition requirements. Send approved returns to our return address after we issue a return authorization, and we refund the price you actually paid.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval or receipt of the return. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 7 additional days to post the credit. See Section 27 of the Terms.

What is actually in the capsules?

Every bottle ships sealed in its retail packaging with the manufacturer's full ingredient list and Supplement Facts panel, serving size, directions and warnings printed on the label. The panels for the bottles sold on their own are on the Supplement facts page. Read the label before use and take only as directed.

Are these products medical treatments?

No.

The ab roller, ankle weights, grip trainers, step platform, agility rings, hurdles and jump ropes are general fitness goods. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Check with a qualified professional before starting a new exercise routine if you have an injury or a medical condition.

Is there anyone who should not use the ingestible products?

Check with a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication, are managing a medical condition, or have a known allergy or sensitivity. Stop using any product that causes discomfort or an adverse reaction, and keep ingestible products out of reach of children.

How do I look after the gear?

Follow the instruction card supplied with each product. Check every strap, buckle, handle and rope before each session and stop using any item that shows wear; use the ab roller and step platform on a flat, non-slip floor; keep ankle weights fastened snugly and never swing them; wipe equipment down after use and store it dry, out of direct sunlight.

What will appear on my statement?

The descriptor reads SELECTMKTI8332014756 so the charge is identifiable at a glance. If you see a charge you do not recognise, call us before your bank; we can usually resolve it in one call.

Why do I see more than one charge?

Each item in your order — the package, any gear set you accepted, the Monthly Wellness Refill if you confirmed it, and the delivery upgrade if you chose it — is processed as its own transaction under one order number. Together they add up to the “Total today” shown at checkout and on your receipt. Nothing is charged after that unless you confirmed the Monthly Wellness Refill, which renews every 30 days until you cancel.

Do you store my card details?

We do not store your full card number on our systems, and we never store the security code. Your card details are transmitted over an encrypted connection and handled by our payment provider, which may securely retain a payment credential for transactions you authorise. We do not use that credential for any charge you have not authorised.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Orders are billed in US dollars.
